Class Descriptions
CaveFIT: Get your heart rate up! This class puts you through the paces with a variety of exercises that focus on cardio, strength conditioning & functional training.
CaveKMT: Inspired by kickboxing & Muay Thai training, this striking-focused class will unleash your inner beast!
CaveSTRETCH: Drawing from Vinyasa, Hatha & Kundalini yoga, this class will help you stretch out those overworked muscles and get more bendy to up your climbing game.
Climbing Basics: An ideal class for folks trying rock climbing for the first time. We'll teach you the essentials around climbing safety and basic techniques. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
Intro to Bouldering: Focusing on bouldering-specific techniques, this class is ideal for people who have climbed before but have never tried bouldering. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
