Class Descriptions
KMT Level I (60 min): Using Kickboxing & Muay Thai techniques, this class is focused on strength & conditioning, basic striking & defending, and standard movement patterns.
KMT Level II (90 min): For the intermediate student, this class involves more advanced striking, defending & movement patterns, as well as combinations & light contact. Students are required to provide their own gloves & hand wraps.
Climbing Basics: An ideal class for folks trying rock climbing for the first time. We'll teach you the essentials around climbing safety and basic techniques. Recommended for ages 7 and up.
